Vegan Sunflower Butter – Proteins, Magnesium and Iron Abundance

Vegan Sunflower Seed Butter

INGREDIENTS
 2 Cups raw Sunflower Seeds 1 tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Sugar, Honey or Vanilla (by need)

Instructions:

To get yummy vegan Sunflower Butter just place Sunflower seeds in the food processor, blend until you get the density of a Butter (blending duration depends on blender power). Then add 1 tbsp Olive Oil and blend little bit more.

( Optional ) Add Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Honey or Vanilla depending on what flavor you like most.
