These principles and rules are known long ago, but people in today’s modern and stressful life are breaking them all, and then problems are growing into diseases.

1. NUTRITION

Here i just want to present two recommendations about nutrition, from NAS (National Academy of Sciences) and WHO (World Health Organization).

Recommendations from NAS :

  • Eat lots of Fruit and Vegetables
  • Eat Whole Grains
  • Moderate consumption of Proteins
  • Exercise
  • Moderate consumption of Salt
  • Optimal consumption of Calcium (not milk but Calcium)
  • Avoid Pills
  • Avoid Alcohol
  • Reduce consumption of fats and cholesterol
