Rice – Regenerates Gut flora, great for Intestines

Among the many characteristics of Rice, we want to point out its ability to regenerate the Gut flora and to eliminate the problems with Diarrhea. We all have heard about the effect of Rice water in case of Intestine issues in adults and children. Rice is easily digested, and in combination with Legumes provides all the Essential Amino Acids necessary for our body for formation of Proteins.
